Start with the service you actually need
An account supplier and a media buying agency provide different services. An account supplier may provide an account arrangement, onboarding and account support. A media buying agency may also create ads, choose audiences and manage campaigns. Ask which tasks are included rather than inferring them from the word “agency”.
Elite Ecom supplies agency advertising accounts and support. You remain responsible for your campaigns. Before discussing a plan, prepare your website URL, the product you advertise, target countries, expected spend and the assets your team already controls. This makes the discussion specific to your business.
Ask for an access and ownership map
List the ad account, business portfolio, Facebook Page, Instagram account, dataset and catalog separately. For each one, record the owner, the people who can use it and what happens when the service ends. Access to run ads does not by itself tell you who owns every connected asset.
Meta’s business portfolio training treats accounts, permissions and security as separate setup decisions. Our recommendation is to make that distinction explicit in your agreement. Never assume that paying a supplier transfers every connected business asset to you.
- Which assets are provided, and which must I bring?
- Which permissions will my team receive?
- Who can change billing, invite users or remove access?
- What can I retain or export at the end of the arrangement?
Compare the full cost over the same period
Put each quote into four columns: service fees, funds allocated to advertising, payment or currency fees, and minimum commitment. Then compare the same planned advertising spend and the same number of months. A percentage fee and a monthly subscription cannot be compared using the headline price alone.
For Elite Ecom’s single-account offer, the service is $1 for the first month, then $750 per month, with a two-month minimum commitment. A minimum $1,000 advertising deposit is separate. The minimum starting payment is $1,001 before applicable taxes or other disclosed fees. The first two months contain $751 in service fees; advertising funding is additional.
Test the support process before you need it
Ask where to report an issue, what information the supplier needs and who handles follow-up. “Available 24/7” describes availability; it does not establish a guaranteed resolution time or a platform decision. Ask separately about response expectations, setup timing and any refund conditions.
Be cautious with claims such as permanent immunity from restrictions, guaranteed approval or unlimited capacity without conditions. Meta describes ongoing reviews of both advertisements and business assets. Ask for the precise, written scope of any service promise instead of treating marketing labels as platform guarantees.
Use a short comparison note
Create one note per provider containing the quoted plan, two-month service total, required advertising funds, access method, support channel and exit terms. Mark unanswered points as unknown. A comparison with visible unknowns is more useful than a ranking based on the strongest sales language.
To assess an Elite Ecom account for your business, send your website, target countries and estimated advertising budget on Telegram. Confirm the account arrangement and the full payment breakdown before proceeding.
